Parent Council

What is a Parent Council?

The parent council is a group of parents who are interested in influencing the future of the school, by getting involved in developing school and council policy by representing the views of parents to the school.

What do parents have to do?

Parents on the council give a small amount of their time to come along to three or four meetings each year. They also create events in school for the pupils and the wider community. Such events include organising and running parties and discos to celebrate all kinds of events such as Eid, Christmas, Valentines, Halloween etc. The children (and staff) love these events as an opportunity socialise and have a good time.

How do I join?

If you are the parent/guardian of a child at school, come along to the main office and ask to speak to Miss Zeeshan.
